Appeal with a hearing

Can someone share with me what to expect and how to prepare for the appeal hearing. My insurance is RMHMO and I am aware that they are really a problem with this proceedure. But, I have a recurring problem and three doctors that are willing to help me, so I am prepared to give it another shot.

I am so sorry that you are one of so many to have insurance problems.. I will pray that this all comes about for you soon.. I know I had to fight with mine as well.. WOW In the end I am so thrilled that I did the fight and won.. I know what you are going through.. just different insurance company.. I went the route of useing the appeal of asking them why they had wanted to deny me a healther body? and asking them if I had cancer would they deny me treatment as well? or so many other ailments? I showed them all of the attempts of diets, percribition print outs, along with what these drugs side affects could and would do.. And cost affectiveness of how having this surgery would lower the cost of the insurance...copys of everything I had done in the past 5 years.. I wish you luck, take everything along with you to the hearings, you never know what they may want to see a copy of.. Audrey
