Uhc still no responce Help???

Lorena, I finally had to have Dr. Snyder's insurance person call...she stated to them that it had been in review for almost a month and that this was unacceptable. I also have UHC, and they called her back in an hour and told her I was approved. The letter came about 10 days later in the mail. Don't give up...and don't feel bad for bugging the doctor's office or the insurance company - you pay both of them money, so in a sense - they work for you!!! Keep bugging...the squeaky wheel gets the oil! Good luck!!! Missy
