Hello.
I am writing this letter to anybody who might be able to help me in my search. My name is Heather. I am trying to find a Surgeon that performs the gastric bypass. I have done tons of reasearch, and I know that this is the proceedure I want. Yet I have come to a point were the search is becoming very difficult. I need to find a surgeon that is contracted with Medicaid. This is my only form of insurance. I wish I had the money to pay out of pocket for it, but I don't. I need help. Please write back if you have any information. Maybe you know a doctor I can talk to. I know that someone has to perform this surgery! I would appreciate it so much. I am sorry I didnt post sooner, but I havent been on the bords so much. Dr. Tillquist in Englewood is really the only Dr. who will take medicaid. I have called and called and called and no other Dr. will take it that I can find. Call Dr. Tillquist and see if you can schedule a consultation. GOOD LUCK!!!
Dr.Tillaquest is a good doctor and does take medicade.. Now If I am not mistaken ther is a couple in Fort Collins that as well take medicade. A Dr. Quide "misspelled his name sorry" what I did was go through the list and look to see what insurances they had excepted in the past.. But I think Dr.Tillaquest is the quickest one to get into see right now.. Good luck!! I will be thinking of you my colorado friend.. Audrey
