Hi From Grand Junction

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Toi Temple from Grand Junction. I had RNY Gastric Bypass on December 31, 2002. My surgeon was Dr. Steven Simper at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
