Has anyone had any experience with getting a revision approved with medicaid? I had my RNY in 2006 and I am considering a revision because of weight gain and severe anemia. Has anyone dealt with this?

I realize this is from 2013, but Medicaid does approve revisions.

Medicaid does cover revisions and Medicare does not.
