Need Suport Group near Thornton

I had surgery at Sky Ridge but I dont want to drive down there for the support group meeting. Anyone know of one near Thornton? I would even be willing to host one if there were enough interest.

I do know of one that's is in longmont or lafayette. Gina that does ours in Greeley does one out that way. If you would like me to find out for u I would be more than happy to. Just let me know.Good luck! Tweets

Hi Misty!  I would LOVE for there to be a support group in Thornton! I too am in Thornton (btw, I also had my surgery with Chae at Skyridge).  There used to be one in Northglenn that was originally designed for Snyders patients.  But, I think that one stopped when the main leader had to back out.  There was also a Snyder one in Westminster near the Westy mall.  But, I don't know if they still meet or not. I haven't been in over a year.  :(  But, if you search on Snyders' website, you should be able to find current information.

I would attend if you had one in Thornton.  :D

I live in Westminster and would love to find a group near me...(72nd and Federal area)  If there's none, how about a informal munch or get-together once a month???

I would be interested in attending a support group in the Westminster/Thornton area. I live in Broomfield.  Snyder is my doc and he used to have support groups up here, but they are now tele-conferencing most support groups.   Please let me know if one starts up.

Thanks for all the replies. I did find a support group in Thornton. It is held the 3rd wed of the month at North Suberban medical center. I have not been to a meeting yet but I plan to go very soon.
