So my surgery date got changed from the 9th to the 29th. I know it isn't that much longer to wait and the time will go by very fast however I can't help but feel dissappointed. They told me it was a possibility that it would change but they said it looked good that it would be for the 9th. I got all hyped up and then got the call this morning that nope sorry have to wait til the end of the month.
Anyway, I waited this long I can wait just a few short weeks more. Just wanted to share and gripe a bit..

Thanks for reading now back to your regularly scheduled program! :)

Hi Lisa,

Sorry to hear that there will be a delay, but as you said, its only a few weeks.

Good luck to you.

I am sure you are quite disappointed. The whole process seems like a big waiting game. I can certainly empathize with what you are feeling. Hang in there! It will be here before you know it. Meanwhile, continue to prepare yourself for the big day!  I found that as I waited, the more i researched about my needs after surgery, the faster the time flew by and the better prepared I was! Hang in there. Hugs to you!

Thanks Patrece,
Actually I am alot better at this waiting game now then I was when I posted. The time is going quickly and i had part of a tooth fall out so I have been in the dentists office. Thank God it wasn't infected or anything so it won't put a hamper on the surgery date but I've been busy with that getting that all fixed so I dont have to worry about that after I get out of surgery. Like some say, everything happens for a reason and thats very true. And I have been as you said researching, reading up on here and enjoying the process. Thanks for writing!
