Thornton Anyone? - Introduction!

Hey everyone! Deb here! I am new to OH, I had the realize band on 8/27/08 and have lost 93 lbs. so far! I have vlogged my journey from start to present on you tube and I just recently found out more about OH and decided to give it a whirl :) So here I am!

I am hoping to find more people in my local area, that I can talk to, give and get support from and most importantly I hope to find someone near by that wants to go for daily/evening walks and/or go workout at the gym, any kind of physical activity would be nice! :)

My surgeon is Dr. Tillquist and he is the greatest. I am so happy that I chose him as my surgeon!

I live in Thornton and am pre-op with Dr. Georgescu.  I have a membership at Powerhouse on 104th and Colorado with some drop in at the Thornton Rec on 108th and Colorado for water laps.

Just had WLS in Mexico....live in Thornton.  I am also looking for people in this area?  Do you know of any support groups locally for us?  Are you staring to work out?  I can only walk 15 to 30 min so far.    my email is doreentalbot@comcast.net
