Littleton Support Group (per Yvonne)

Good Morning!   This is my reminder email that we will be having our Littleton Support Group Meeting this Thursday evening at Starbucks.  The address is: 6149 S Balsam Way, Littleton, CO  80123.  (If you’re coming from the North on Wadsworth – the Starbucks will be the 1^st light after Bowles – turn Left.  If you’re coming from the South from C470  it’s the light right after the new Swedish ER with the helicopter pad in the front along Wadsworth).   We meet every 2^nd and 4^th Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.  If the weather is above 50 – we will be meeting at Starbucks at 5:30 to walk around the Lake @ Clement Park and then meet after our walk inside the Starbucks.   Our last meeting had a GREAT turnout!  And we had a guest speaker (Terri Kirwan) who talked about learning how to deal with our emotional expectations in our daily life.   Our meetings are very informal.  You can bring anyone that’s important to your success!   I do ask however that you please RSVP so I know how many chairs we will need.   I look forward to meeting you!   Yvonne Stanley OH Certified Support Group Leader/Coach Rose Bariatric Support Group Leader
