Energy?
How many of you have noticed since you've had surgery how much energy you have? WOW! And, I'm not talking about XCEL, hahaha. When I weighed my heaviest, I couldn't breathe enough to even get moving around my house. I only went upstairs once and that was to bed at nights. I took "naps" during the day, some lasted 3 hours! Now I walk at least 1 1/2 miles a day, ride my bicycle or do some elliptical.
How have you changed?

Pat, I did it backwards. I've been working out for years but just didn't stop eating so I never pretty much lost weight. I DO enjoy using the eliptical machine & the threadmill. In fact, just two months ago, I began jogging. It was hard on my knees due to my 220lbs. but I suspect that now that I had the surgery & the weight begins to melt, I'll be able to work out even more w/o so much discomfort. I'm so happy for you that you now have the energy you so long wanted. You've come a long way & should be very proud of yourself. Stay in touch!

Be Blessed, Ruth
Hiya Ruth! Gee, it's so good to see you here. I hope your recovery is going good? I only wish you lived closer, we would go walking around the lake together (see my lake pics on Facebook, Pat Robinson Andersen).
Thanks for your support Ruth. And, just like I've said....you are gonna love the way you feel!
Warm hugs & blessings,
Pat
