I didn't do so good today.......What about you?
Exactly, we sure can't beat ourselves up about all this. Well, the cordon bleu is so fattening! So, I have to watch it. But, you will see, sugars you dump on (most of us anyway) and we really get full FAST. It was so windy here today that I didn't get to go for my walk, so no exercise. Oh well.....tomorrow is a new day.
