Question

Can any of u suggest a great plastic surgeon?  I needed a TT and back skin removed.  I would like to have someone do this thats done alot of surgerys on bariatric patients.  Im willing to go anywhere in the US.  Im not up to traveling outside the US.  Thanks for any help u can give me.

I'm sorry that nobody has written ya. Unfortunately, I'm in the beginning stages of the weight loss surgery and so I don't have much of an answer for you either. Have you tried contacting your surgeon who performed your WLS? They might have the best suggestions to you as far as a plastic surgeon goes. Best of luck in your journey. Lisa

Thanks for your concern.  Im a nurse and Im looking into all kinds of areas.  I have gotten alot of responses on other boards. I just asked around on several becouse I used to only go to the IN board and I figured if I didnt ask on several boards I might miss out on someone who would have really important information....

I had a consult with a wonderful doctor here in Colorado Springs, he does lots of Bariatric patients, his name is Tad Heinz.  I also know of one in Arizona, his name is Dr. Gitt....sorry don't remember more about him, but I met him 2 years ago and an Obesity help event in Phoenix. You may want to post on the Arizona board to get the particulars, and if you PM me I will give you Dr. Heinz's number.
