Tell me the truth - Am I being unreasonable?
This question is for Dr. Snyder's patients. I emailed a question (about a fill) last week to a member of Dr. Snyder's staff. I have not yet received a response.
Also, before surgery, I emailed and left voice mails for a couple of members of his staff on several occasions. Sometimes I received a call back after several days - sometimes I never did and had to initiate another call and start all over again.
So I'm thinking that either the practice is understaffed or people take patient questions very casually.
Am I being unreasonable? Has anyone else had similar experiences?
Thanks.

I'd like to think that questions could generate a response quickly. You need t to look at the immediacy of the question too. If it has medical implications, ask or find out when they feel expect to reply. If it is the same person who does not reply and it has become an issue, you should address you concern with Dr. Snyder, Just my 2 cents.
Yeah, I agree with the above post. My husband and I just had our first meeting with Dr.Snyder and what an amazing guy he is! If I didn't get responded to in a couple days I would just drop him an email. He told us if ever we had any problems to do just that. In our opinions he's very caring and the patients are #1 so I'm sure he would want to hear if there are problems.
