New from Silverton,CO

Hello!  Iam new to the CO board.  I had the sleeve done on 9/30/08 and am down 45 lbs to date.  Having a hard time getting in enought protein and workouts.    We have SO much snow that getting out of the driveway is  a challange, much less trying to go for a walk (in our town that's 5 blocks x 12 blocks).   So any ideas?

Anyone near me in SW Colorado?

Congrats on your surgery and weight loss and welcome to the boards! I haven't had surgery yet but am really looking forward to that day! As far as anybody near you, Alexis and I are from Grand Junction. That is the closest I've seen recently on here. Anyway, welcome.
