6 years post op need your help

I am 6 years post op RNY gastric bypass with Dr. Snyder. I lost lots of weight initially then at about 2 years post op got pregnant and had a baby. Following the pregnancy and now being a mother I have gained back about 80 lbs from my lowest weight. I am really frustrated!!!! I did make an appointment to follow up with Dr. Snyder but would like some support in the mean time. I don't even know if anyone else this far out still comes here but I thought I would try.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
