BCBS Texas - Are they FUSSY?

Anyone with BCBS of Texas?  I had my nutrition class yesterday.  Psych eval next week.  Think I am going through all of this only to be denied???  I paid $150 for the nutrition class and will have to pay at least the copay for the pych eval. I don't want to go through this only to have my heart broken again.  I went through it 2 years ago when another BC carrier I had - excluded weight loss surgery.  This new one does not list it as an exclusion and says will do surgery for weight loss. Any feedback?
