Rocky Mountain Health Plans (Medicare HMO)

Hi all, Does anyone have information about Rocky Mountain  Health Plans Medicare HMO? I am just in the beginning phase of obtaining bariatric surgery, and would like to know how quickly they approve this surgery. Sense it is a Medicare HMO RMHP do their own pre-authorizations so the benefit does not go through Medicare directly. If you have any information about this insurance please give me a shout. Thanks!
