VITAMINS

I am getting frustrated with the vitamin thing. I can't keep them down, so I'm just not taking them.  I've tried Flintstone - totally gagged, Centrum cut into 18 pieces small enough I could swallow them - but I was so waterlogged I couldn't move, and liquid centrum (it came right back up).  Hubby is getting frustrated with me because I'm supposed to take them, but I just CAN'T force them down.  When I do, they come right back up. Yesterday I was in a crying heap on the couch becasue I feel like I'm not holding up my end of the bargain.  Any suggestions?!

I use the Bariatric advantage vitamins that are made for our stomachs.

Great!! Im 3 weeks out, and was wondering where do you get those vitamins at? Do you take that instead of  Flinstones complete?

Sorry it took me so long to respond!  They have a web site but check around on the web.  I found a web site that there were cheaper...just go to a search engine and type in bariatric advantage.

If you are still having this problem, please consider speaking to your surgeon.

Hi....I take Optisource.  They are a citrus flavor, chewable and you can buy them at Walgreens.  They are specifically for bariatric patients.  I think they cost around $28 a bottle and I take 4 a day.
