Jonathan A. Schoen, M.D. ? Anyone having Dr. Schoen as their Dr. , What Medical records did you bring to your 1st. visit ?

I used Schoen and didn't take anything when I started last January. He wanted some history, but I knew it. Moosie

I had Dr. Schoen and I just had my PCP send all my history that had to do with my weight, blood pressure, cholestrol, diabetes, etc for the last 10 years.  They did that and all I had to do was sign a form requesting them to do it. Dr. Schoen is a wonderful doctor and fantastic surgeon.  You will love him.
