Does anyone know a good general practitioner who know about gastric followup?

I'm looking for a good family or general practitioner who knows about caring for gastric bypass patients? It's becoming clear not to expect much from the surgeon once it's done. Thoughts?

Surgery date: Oct 11,2007; Goal Reached July 1, 2008.

Lap Band on 09/11/07

Dr Vern Rubick at Express Care. They have offices off of Academy, north of Constitution and a new one on Research and Powers. 597-4200 AC office, 955-4200 North office. I switched to him after my surgery and he has been fantastic. Very knowledgable and very supportive.

I have DR Lovato at Complete Family care I got there name from my doctor who did my lap band they are located in Northglenn
