Snow

It's snowing!!!! We have about 3" on the cars, driveway and yard... it's not sticking to the roads though. What a beginning of winter! I do love this Colorado weather!

Oh, I do hate snow. I hate cold. I hate scraping windows. I hate shoveling snow. Someday I'm following Carla to warmer winters!

But do you love the landscape with all the snow? I love looking outside and seeing the mountains covered in snow!

Yep but whats cool about most of our snows is its sunny the next day...its sunny now!

It is beautiful today... the Peak is still covered and it looks spectacular!

Oh how that makes me home sick. I miss seeing the back, the northside and the front of the Peak all covered in snow.

Most of it is melted now, but we are supposed to get more snow on Monday & Tuesday. If we do, I am going to the Cog with my camera and will be taking some pics!!! I could never live anywhere else!

I love the snow as well.  We were born and raisedi n southeast Texas, spent 10 years in Illinois and have been in Colorado 23+ years and we love it!!  Give me snow, the sleet the ice, the crazy drivers over the heat and the humidity anytime.   Kathie in Castle Rock
