I have looked at all my stores here in Colorado Springs (at least all the ones I shop at), and can not find a sublingual complete B vitamin.  I am looking for one that has B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, and biotin.  I know such a critter exists.   Can someone please help me! thanks, Holly

Holly, the only sublingual I have found is b-12, the others are in a super b complex that I swallow.  I get mine at Walmart.

I think b-12 is the important one to get sublingually. I take mine in a liquid form mixed in with a little water. Not much taste. I got it at vitamin world for a couple bucks. You can get complete b vitamin pills and crush them to get in everything if you want. B-12 is the one that gives you energy that's why alot of folks take it spaced throughout the day sublingually. I am sure if you find one that has all the b vitamins in it that it would be good for you though. Good luck. Oh I am sure if you looked it up on the internet you could find whatever you wanted...I just like going to the store personally to see what I am buying.
