Hey everyone, I have a 10, 7 and 1 year old.  My biggest problem has been finding family friendly recipes and snack ideas.  I am in the process of putting together a cookbook for other WLS patients and was looking for some new ideas.  Let me know if you have a recipe or snack idea.  Thanks!!!!  Monica   [email protected]

I think this is a great idea. However, an issue I've found is that there are alot of great receipes out there but everyone wants to sell them. Then people who are financially restricted (aka broke most of the time!) can't afford to collect all of the various wls receipe books to find out the ones that are good. It's nice to see someone actually trying to help out themselves and other wls patients instead of trying to make a buck off of them, like alot. Here is the website for a local support group that has posted some receipes... http://www.weight-lossforlife.com/weight-loss-recipes/ . You cannot reproduce these or other receipes anyone else posts for profit without explicit premission from the recipes orginator. Good luck with everything.
