Whats new today-Thursday August 2nd

Whats new is I have family that I havnt seen in a year coming in today, also family that I havnt seen in a month. Very happy to see all of them.  Okay now I would like to explain something: on this post you come in and write a little something about what is new in you life today-anything will do, even the mundane. Now I noticed yesterdays, "What's New," only had five posts, but had been viewed 37 times!  PLEASE POST. This board is starting to look like a ghost town. Come on now, inquiring minds want to know....

I'm off work today!! My 14-year-old daughter is having movie night with 6 of her friends and we'll build a fire in the firepit.  Have fun with the family! My niece was in town last week--hadn't seen her since Christmas and 70 pounds lost...and she didn't say anything..not one single word. Like nothing was different with me. It was just weird....down from a size 22 to a size 8/10 and she didn't have a clue--good grief. Kristi

Hello...what is new is we still haven't sold our house in SC so we can move back to CO.  I uploaded some new pictures to my profile today and changed the avatar with help from Jan on teh OFF (over 50's forum). And I am trying to increase food due to going on maintenance.  Not as easy as I thought. Hello everyone..can't wait to live near my daughter and her family again.  She lives in Highlands Ranch and we will move there also.  We used to live in Castle Rock.

Hi, Colorado people! Getting ready for school to start ~ I teach 1st/2nd grade combo class at a University model school in Colorado Springs; a private school in support of homeschool. My students attend Tues/Thurs, and school at home with parents M/W/F from lesson plans I provide on-line. Took my teenage son driving; hoping to get him licensed before school starts ~ if you see a blue Honda accord coming your way on the streets of C/S, LOOK OUT!!! (Just kidding... he's a great driver!)
