BCBS - CHEIBA, new to this and need help...

Hello!  I am in Northern Colorado and want to have the lapband procedure done with Dr. Michael Johnell. Anyone out there have Anthem/BCBS under CHEIBA and gone through WLS??? I'd love to hear any advice you have! I'm eager to get approved asap.  Also, anyone whose had their surgery done with Johnell, please feel free to respond about your experience.
