Insurance Approval???

Has anyone ever tried to do the three month approval with Aetna insurance? If so, how did you document your supervised exercise requirement?

For some reason my clinic made me do a 6 month supervised diet and I went to my PCP. She put me on Fastin and we met once a month to discuss what weight I had lost if any and what my activity level was. I am waiting approval now and don't think I will get it cause of the 5 year weight record requirement. I wish you the best of luck with your effort. If everything works right for you, it seems like you will get approval pretty fast.
