Hello all!

Hello to all the new Coloradoans, pre-ops and pre-ops!  I haven't posted since April, mainly because there isn't much happening on this board, and also just because I don't post much at all. I had RNY, August 21, 2006 in Colorado Springs.  So far, I've lost 130 pounds!!  I hope everyone is having great success and wish you all many WOW moments!

Crystal, You have lost 130 pounds that is awesome!!  Congrats and keep up the good work.  Do you have any secrets for us?  I am currently 71 pounds down and want to lose a total of 140. Danielle
