surgery is over

hi everyone. i made it through the surgery yesterday and they are sending me home tomorrow. alot of pain in the top of my stomach, but had to quit the pain meds. made me way too sick. i will post tomorrow since i am tired now. i was up about 3 hours after i got too my room. today i have walked and drinking the fluids. ttfn nik

Shirley, Congrats....you will have the best memories of this as the turning point in your life. I am 5 weeks out and feel great. I am so happy and I am learning new things about myself everyday.
