Weird question! I know.

When you have the Lap RNY where are the 5-6 incisions made? I have a tattoo just below my belly button that I hope will be left intact. I know this sounds stupid all things considered but I got it as a memorial right after my FIL committed suicide so it has a lot of meaning to me. Thanks guys for any answers! Lori

my dr made incisions high so nothing around belly button mine were mainly under the left breast area. But all dr are different and that is something you can ask your surgeon about

my lowest one was my belly button

The lowest one I have is almost in the belly button. If your tattoo is below that, you should be fine. My other incisions are 3-4" away from my belly button, either to the left, right of above. Best of luck with your surgery!

i dont hav any scars below my bellybutton but if you need it touched up i do tattoo's ;)
