Looking for a Dr to do band fills for myself amd my son, surgery done in Mexico. I'm in Grand Junction, CO..

I don't know what insurance you have but if you are on medicaid or if you can get on medicaid, there is a surgeon in Canon City who will do the surgery for you. Lap band, or rny. He is doing mine tomorrow morning and so far it has cost me $6.00 out of pocket. That is not a typo. Six bucks. His name is Dr Timothy Brown and his phone number is 1-866-333-2263. I don't know if this will help but this man says if you meet the criteria for the surgery he will find a way to get the surgery for you, and I have found through personal experience that he and his office staff stick to their word and stand by that statement. Sorry, I don't know anyone in Colorado Springs who even does the banding yet, so probably no one does fills here yet. Dr. Fisher and his practice are looking into doing banding, so possibly their office might be able to offer some advice.
