Moving to Colorado Springs, Need a support group

Hi All, I will be moving to colorado springs very soon and am in desperate need of a support group...I am about 2 1/2 years out....can eat most anything ...dont dump and am starting to regain some weight....Would like to get together with others for support.. Hi Leah, I a also 2+ yrs out, April 2004. I just posted a "cry for help" to get back on the loss trail... There are 2 support groups in the area, and maybe more that I don't know about. One meets @ Penrose Hospital, 2X's/month, and the other on Fort Carson once a month. When you get here, let me know, I'll give you more details. Denise

Hello My names Steve Cohen and I am one of the support leaders in Colorado Springs. I run 6 support groups here with another person. Our groups meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 2nd and 4th Fridays. On the 1st and 3rd Thursdays we offer a Back On Track meeting. This is for those who have gained weight back. We also offer free of charge a clothing exchange.
