Help!!!!! new profile format stresses me

I hate this. My old profile has 90% of my information, and my new profile has the rest. My problem is, I want to merge the two but I cannot figure out how. I am virtually computer illiterate and know there has to be a way but all I know is this new format is making me nuts. I can never remember which font to use so each entry is a different size and nothing looks uniform and neat. God forbid my profile should be a mess! Ha! Anyway, Help.........!

Janet, I had help from a wonderful person on the boards...annoyinglizard..aka Sally. she did both my old profile, then created my new one, and transfered all the info other. You might try contacting her.
