Penrose Support Meeting

Lucky Friday the 13th Penrose Support Group meeting. We will have an open forum for this meeting. As always we are in CC A,B, and C at Penrose Hosptial. We will also be handing out some samples of FIT365 for all to try. This protein powder is fantastic. The chocolate does not taste like chock, and the vanilla is excellant. We are also preparing for our first Gastric Legal Thanksgiving Pot Luck. All foods prepared will be free of breads, pasta, rice and huge amounts of sugar. All receipes must be submitted in advance for approval. This will be held on Nov 10th at 6:00pm. Anyone interested please contact me at 661-6404.
