3 weeks out

Hello all! I had the Gastrc Bypass 3 weeks ago and I am just now getting "the shoulder" pain that I heard about. My book said to put heat on it and take tylenol but it is not helping...Any suggestions?

I did the heating pad but instead of tylenol, I took the oxycoden they gave me in the hospital.... kicked it in the bud!

The shoulder pain is from trapped gas that they inflated your abdomen with. Move it around and exercise it along with the Tylenol or stronger pain meds. The more you move it the better off you will be!!!
