Penrose Support Group Meeting

Friday August 25th at 6:30 Penrose support group in Colorado Springs will meet at Penrose Hospital. We will have interesting topics of conversation along with our monthly clothing exchange. We have many new clothes in all sizes. Take what you need. Our meetings are held near the Cancer Center rooms CC-a,b,c. For any information please call 719-661-6404. Family members are welcomed. Can you tell me what the usual time and days are for penrose support group meetings?? I would love to come sometime, I am 7.5 weeks post op but everytime I plan to try to come to a meeting, something happens and I forget about it. Thanks Steve!!! Paula

Paula, I am not Steve, but the groups meet on the first and third Tuesdays and the second and fourth Fridays. Next meeting is set gor Sept 5th at 6:30 pm. When you go, you can sign up with your e-mail address and then you will get the news letter. This past newsletter also included a calendar of the meetings. Hope this helps. Gayle

can anybody go to the meets if they are thinking about gastric bypass or not until they have it done

Yes, anyone can go. This is a great group of people who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences.
