Hi Eryn, My surgery was July 13, so now I am 3 weeks out. I have had not even 1 complication. Right after the surgery, I said< oh, what have I done to myself? Then I felt better & the feelings went away. I am on soft foods & can eat everything I have tried. Chicken, cheese, potatoes, green beans, fruits, cabbage, enchaladas, ets.. One thing I would do different is, take my own broth & tea to the hospital with me. There's is terrible. lol One thing I would keep in mind as you go through this is; You are doing this for your health, It is neccessary for you to have this surgery. This thought will help you through it. Try to keep up on you liquids. If you would like a support buddy, feel free to e-mail me anytime. I check mail several times a day. [email protected] Good luck, Shelly
