4 Weeks Out-Still Having Left Side Pain

Hi Everyone, I had RNY WLS with Snyder on 4/13/06. I feel like such a cry baby. I am still having intermittent left side pain. It will be fine for days, then suddenly appear and it is searing and burning. I am still occaisionally needing my Oxycodone. Is this normal? Most people I have talked to felt good with no pain. Carla, Doesn't sound normal to me either based upon my WLS experience. What does Dr. Snyder have to say? Don't be shy about getting an answer from him - that's why he's there. By the way, you are not a cry baby as WLS is big time serious so better safe than sorry as they say. Best of luck. Terry
