Hang in there Kellie I am 8 years out and I can tell you it does start out bad but gets better as time goes by. Having this surgery was the best thing that I ever did for myself. 18months Post op. RNY. Having problems with gas, bloating, pain for 6mo.  Had every kind of test. All normal. GI dr. Gave me the FODMAP diet to follow, I feel better, but it really sucks! Anyone have a simuilar experience?

Thanks everyone, I am now in the process of beginning my 90 day supervised diet and hunting a Dr here that will take over my after care....sounds like Dr. Keshishian is the man....
