Yes, it's always so hard and believe me, it gets HARDER the further out you get. Cut out the fat and carbs....Intestinal adaptation is what gets us. Good luck!

just keep on track and it will come off. Remember there may be some bounce back. Skin will account for a few extra pounds in all of us. You want to maintain for several months before you consider your plastics.

The pictures must be in your account and then you can just copy and paste them into your message. So upload to your profile some pictures and then they are available for your posts. Hope that helps!

Why is the last 10 pounds the hardest to loose??
I have 10 pounds to hit my goal of 160 lbs. This last bit of weight is so hard to get off. I know it will happen, but of course it's not happening as fast as I want it to

I know it is very frustrating when people make comments like that. I have stopped telling people I have had WLS, purely because I don't care to hear their judgments and act like because I had WLS I didn't work hard to loose 145lbs (pre-op & post op).
If I read your post right, your only 10 days out. Trust me you will get to the point you can just blow off the comments.

Hi, I have been on this board every few weeks now for the last two years and I have always had nice comments and good support. I agree this cali board can be slow, especially if you are looking for answers or support right away. I do not use the other forums or the chat rooms and I am sorry you had a bad experience. Stick around on here and share your journey with us. Also, I found a good tool is the all website search feature. Several times I have looked up other people's previous experience and answers using the general search tool, and have gotten good results. Good luck on your road to health.

ugh that is why i didn't share that i was having surgery or afterwards.
i hate the judging, and the guesswork they come up with. grrrrr
we do this for OURSELVES !!! for the first time in how ever long, we have taken steps to be in control of health and our bodies.
