Super nice. He does not take my insurance but I'm seeing dr felix in the same office. Dr Maccabee has come into my nut appointments just to check up on how things are going. Just all around nice guy. Dr Felix is from Fresno one of the top doctors in the area.

i attend a support group  they have 4 groups per month in Torrance, (torrance Memorial) about 45 mins from Long Beach,

also have a nutriation class once a month

I was hoping for something closer.... Maybe I will have to start one? I had one when I lived in Arkansas it was an amazing active fun group.....

I only know of the south San Francisco site and possibly Fremont Kaiser, and then there is Richmond. If you don't mind virtual support, I can recommend here and for video-journals YouTube folks can give you really specific vid-journals on any topic of any subject.
