There is a group that meets in Brentwood every 3rd Wednesday.  We are meeting tomorrow night @ 6:30p.    It's called the Contra Costa Support Squad.  You can find in in the groups.  It's a great group of people and new members is always welcome.

I reside in Contra Costa County, I am looking to attend a really good support group. I am a post-op. I currently attend a group once per month however the group's meeting has become sporadic and we will not be meeting at all next month. I would like belong to a support group that meets regularly. Although I am willing to attend large groups, I have found that smaller, more intimate groups seem to be a better fit for me. Please let me know if you have any information that will be helpful. I am in need of a motivated support group that will help me to get back on track and stay there!  I have gotten lax in the last six months and could really use the encouragement and camaraderie of a group.

Would love your suggestions!  I live in Walnut Creek but can travel to Pleasant Hill, Concord, or even Oakland.
