So Cal therapist recommendations?

Hi everyone,

Fresh out of RNY surgery October 31, 2016 and looking for recommendations for therapist's in the  San Diego area to help me out as I am already encountering some trying, "negative voice in my head" moments. Hoping to find someone who has experience working with WLS patients on self confidence, negative self talk, binge eating type issues and am finding it difficult to just pick someone out of the crowd of therapists online. Hope someone out there can help!

I also live in San Diego County.  You can use the "Find" function on this website and search for psychiatrist and/or psychologist in San Diego.  I have not personally been to any of them.  Also Sharp Memorial Hospital offers a free support group (not one on one).  The group the 1st Monday of every month at Sharp Memorial Hospital - 7901 Frost St, San Diego.
