Packing for the Hospital
I took my own PILLOW. The ones in the hospital are FLAT and useless (plus who knows where they have been). Then when you go home put the pillow over your tummy and the seat belt will not bother you. Other than that take your own robe, slippers, deodorant, tooth brush and a change of loose clothing and under things for the trip home (nothing that is fitted tight around the waist). Don't forget the charger for your cell phone (if you have one).
I took a short house coat to go over that silly gown, since they want you to walk so much you need a little extra coverage.
slippers with traction
a great coach to stay with you
