Any support groups in northern CA

Does anyone know of a support group near Jackson CA. I am about 50 miles northeast of Sacramento. I really need to get back to the basics to get this weight gain off. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have one in Modesto. It's a long ways. Don't know if there's any closer
