Hi Folks:

The latest fad on the internet is the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

I've been think how do we tell the world about the SHOCK we faced when we realized we needed weight loss surgery and then the AWE we now have?

My 5 year old daughter is battling SMA - a kissing cousin of ALS.

I lost 200lbs and love sharing it! I'm 61 this week and I just put this little girl in kindergarten and we are both going to attend her graduation in 13 years!
