Anyone had to do a 6 month supervised weight managment .

How does that work? Do they send you to a place? 

My insurance required 6 months of supervised weight loss.  The bariatric program I went through has a dietician on staff, so I just met with her for 6 months.  I didn't have to go anywhere special.
