2 - 2:30 p.m.: Pre-op & Newbies (bring your questions for fellow patients)
2:30 - 4 p.m.: General meeting for everyone
Location: Alameda Hospital, Conference Room C, 2070 Clinton Avenue, Alameda

Announcements:

We received a big box of samples from Building Blocks, a line a bariatric-friendly supplements that I'll bring.  Remember, if you receive Diet Direct and/or Bariatric Choice's catalogs, please bring to meetings for new members to use.  The company isn't sending groups catalogs so pass along when you can.

Looking forward to seeing you as we close out 2013.  I hope the holiday season is going well for you.  I'm struggling a bit being too tempted by the treats so I look forward to refocusing asap. 

East Bay Bariatric is an independent peer support group.  No need to register; just show up.  Free.  All surgery types welcome.  It's just us patients.
