Dr. Coates?

Anyone In Cali have him as their doctor? Thoughts? What was his procedure like? Did he require a 6 month diet?

i currently have dr coates. its been a good experience so far for me. Yes there is a 3 or 6 month diet prior to surgery, thats an insurance requirement. My insurance is 6 months, my sisters is 3 months. His office staff are nice and are on your side. the process so far, is a seminar, then they call you with an appointment. which was pretty quickly scheduled, the first visit last about an hour, they get your bmi and asks lots of question, and give you a diet, mine is currently portion control, then once a month visits to the office for weigh in, etc.I did have to have a sleep apnea test, and of course the phycologist and nutrientist (cant spell). also Coates office has a very high success rate. good luck
