Reflections and New Beginnings

We are a physical support group that meets twice a month in Modesto.  We are an Obesity Help group. If there is anyone in our area in need of support before during and after WLS, we would love to support you. This meeting is open to any and all people at any step of the process.  

We meet at Bethel Church at 2361 Scenic in Modesto. Meeting on the Second and fourth Tuesdays at 6-8 pm. Enter at the North entrance. (Meeting is independent of the church)
