One month out in Central Cali

Looking for buddies in the Central Cali area (I live about halfway between Modesto and Fresno).  I'm about a month out from my RNY and I just feel like I need to talk to people who've been there and done that, ya know.

Hey there...Read your profile.  Try and make it to the support group at Memorial tommorow.  Patty is really good with the group.  You can go ahead and ask me questions if you need to.  Today is my 6th year out!!  I don't have women friends on OH...Married guy.  Don't want my wife asking "who's she"!!  But she knows I try to be here for support.  Sip, walk, rest, repeat.  It should get better and better each day.  Bye the way, dehydration is the # 1 reason WLS patents reenter the hospital.  You aren't alone.  Later, Brian from Turlock
